This page is dedicated to various oddities we've noticed regarding Lucifer.

Contrary to popular belief, Lucifer does have a nose... Sort of. It's just always hidden, for some reason. His nostrils are very briefly visible in this shot and no other times in the show, and he was also shown breathing in deeply in the first episode of season two.

Lucifer has four fingers, but in this scene he has five. Only on his right hand, though...

Lucifer has black pupils on a few occasions... (Outside of his demon form, which always has them.)

Lucifer was confirmed to have hooves through a figure, of all things! We figured he had them since Lilith doesn't and Charlie had to inherent them from somewhere, but we just think it's kind of funny that his hooves were revealed through merch instead of in the show proper...

Speaking of merch, Lucifer's merch tends to have weird errors and inconsistencies... There's a standee where his tail is red instead of black (no idea how that happened), and he's missing his ring! And with his Youtooz plushie, his hands are oddly brown instead of black. He's also missing his ring on the figure shown above, and he's lacking his black legs!

And then there's the debate over whether Lucifer is wearing black gloves or if his arms and hands are just naturally black... This topic has caused us much confusion and frustration.
Initially, we believed that he wears gloves of varying lengths due to a couple scenes in episode five of season one.
There's a brief moment where his sleeve is down enough to show him seemingly having white arms, and there's also a photograph on his wall where his hands are white.
However, the more time passes, the more we're inclined to believe that he just naturally has black arms and hands, and that these two scenes are just really misleading errors.
There have been other scenes since this episode that have shown the majority of his arms and they have always been black. We suppose it's possible that he always just so happens to wear super long gloves that reach his elbows, but it's probably unlikely...
There's also a post on Bluesky theorizing about how Lucifer got his black arms and legs that Vivzie responded to, implying that it may be true... It's not a certainty, but her reply makes it seem like it's definitely a possibility. We feel like it makes sense since season two confirmed that his legs have a natural fade into black...
We're hoping that season three officially puts this mystery to rest, since it's been bothering us since before season two aired. If it's confirmed that his arms are indeed black, we would like to send the people who animated those scenes in episode five a strongly (but nicely) worded letter...

Speaking of oddities with Lucifer's arm color, there's a scene in episode eight of season two where his hands are white! Just adding further fuel to the fire...

There's also this error where the tips of his claws are white instead of red!

Angels are confirmed to have golden blood, and this has also been shown to make their blush gold! However, when angered by Alastor in season one, Lucifer's face turns red instead.
