The miscellaneous page... Essentially, any thoughts that we have about Denki that we feel don't need their own individual pages will be included here.
This list is a mess and isn't organized at all.
-
Denki has ADHD. We feel like it's been all but explicitly stated that he does. He struggles with focusing on studying, he has occasional mood swings, he's rather hyper-active, and he canonically stims. Multiple times throughout the series he has been shown playing with Ojiro's tail, and it's super cute. We like to imagine him playing with our tail, too...

-
Denki has forced everyone in class 1-A to hang out with him at least once, even the more introverted people like Tokoyami and Koda. He also does whatever he can to make everyone feel included, such as trying to involve Koda in a conversation in the light novels.

-
He goes shopping with the girls. He's always eager to find new clothes to wear. The amount of clothes he has in his closet is most definitely larger than a lot of his peers.
-
Denki's favorite food is hamburgers. We personally aren't a fan, but we'd try them for him.
-
Denki's definitely ticklish. But be careful trying to tickle him. You might get a shock.
-
He spams people with memes, and intentionally sends them bad and cringy ones because he thinks it's funny. Bakugou probably has him muted, heh.
-
Denki was shown to have skateboards in his room. Denki skates in his free time... So cool.
-
We feel like Denki's favorite music genres are electronic, pop, rock, and pop punk. A lot of the songs he listens to are more recent, but he's definitely not opposed to the classics. In the light novels it was described that he had music playing in his room, so now we headcanon that he always has something playing in the background. He's also the kind of person to hum or sing along.
-
We also think that Denki has a decent singing voice. We've never heard him sing so we have no evidence for this, but it's just a feeling we have.
-
In addition, Denki's collection of music would be super chaotic. He would not put his songs into separate playlists; they would all be in one, big, messy playlist. But he knows where every song is.
-
He likes collecting vinyl's and CDs of albums, too.
-
Denki would be dissatisfied with the amount of sad and dark songs we have in our playlists, and would add more upbeat songs to lighten them up a little. This would result in tonal whiplash with the genres, but we wouldn't mind.
-
We feel like Denki would share our interest in languages, and we'd really love to share our dub collection with him. We think his favorites would be Italian and French, and we could see him saying words and phrases in them to us as a joke. Since French is seen as "the language of love", he'd definitely take advantage of that while flirting.
-
Denki's definitely more of a dog person, but he also likes cats. We think he could get along with pretty much any animal, aside from spiders and insects. He'd freak out if he saw a spider.
-
Speaking of which, if Denki was an animal, he'd 100% be a Golden Retriever. Factually.
-
Denki has more of a tolerance for the cold than the heat. He can handle some hot temperatures, but if it becomes too much for him, he will complain about it every 5 seconds.
-
When it gets cold and water vapor comes out when you breathe, Denki would definitely start exhaling a lot and pretending he's a dragon. No doubt.
-
During winter, he loves making snow angels, snowmen, and having snowball fights. He will take the latter extra seriously and be really dramatic about it. He will act like he is dying when hit, and the same goes for his teammates.
-
Denki's definitely the kind of person to make a big deal about holidays such as birthdays, whether it's his own or someone else's. A party or get together is a must, and the other person won't have much of a say in the matter. They will have fun and celebrate with him; Denki will make sure of it. Someone just sitting around and doing nothing on their special day is practically a crime to him.
-
We think Denki would feel a little awkward in silence with someone if he doesn't know them too well, so we feel like he'd try to keep the conversation going as long as possible if there's nothing else to keep him occupied. But when you're with him and he seems content during the quiet moments, you know he must be pretty comfortable around you.
-
Denki is always very direct about what he wants, which could be seen as pretty rude and impolite, but it's actually another aspect about him that we like and appreciate. We sometimes struggle catching on to hints and misunderstand what people mean, so Denki's bluntness helps prevent that.
-
We feel like whenever Denki is sad, he prefers to try to distract himself over talking about it in detail or dwelling on it for too long. Same goes for when his friends are sad. Of course he's open to listening to them vent if they need it, but we think one of his first instincts would be to attempt to get their mind off whatever's bothering them and make them laugh.
-
Denki can sleep comfortably in any position. He also moves around a lot and can accidentally electrocute people in his sleep. We feel like he snores and drools, as well.

-
Denki lets out little sparks of electricity when he sneezes. We also like to think he does while very excited or startled. People would have to be careful when trying to spook him.
-
You know how sometimes when people touch, they accidentally zap each other? We feel like that's a very, very common occurrence for Denki. To those he's unfamiliar with, he probably instinctively gives them an apologetic glance. But with those he knows well, like us, the two of us just laugh it off whenever it happens. We think it's cute.
-
He's most definitely accidentally caused a power outage at some point... But he'd be so apologetic that we don't think anyone could stay mad at him (except for maybe Bakugou).
-
He can charge things with his nose. He can also charge things with his mouth, but the nose scenario is funnier. His entire body is basically a battery, and he canonically charges his classmates' phones for them.

-
Denki is nice and wants to be friends with everyone, even when they are rude to him. Despite him having his own grievances with Bakugou's attitude, Denki attempts friendly banter with him, and seems genuinely hurt when Bakugou rejects his advances. However, he persists until Bakugou eventually gives in. Same with Monoma in the light novels; Denki offers to help him despite the former regularly antagonizing class 1-A and even insulting Denki specifically. He's also friendly towards Shinso, despite the latter treating him rather coldly.
-
Denki is the only other person aside from Deku that calls Bakugou "Kacchan", and the gremlin doesn't seem to mind it. Best friend privilege.
-
Denki is a very touchy person. Even if he's around people he's unfamiliar with, he doesn't hesitate to make physical contact. We guess there could be an issue regarding boundaries with those who feel like he's invading their personal space, but he always means well by it. We feel like physical touch helps to ground him and is his way of displaying affection. (Sorry for the Mineta appearance.)

-
Denki has the habit of sticking his tongue out, which is super cute...
-
Another habit he has is crossing his arms behind his head. He's so chill and confident...
-
Denki likes making silly faces in photos (also another example of him sticking his tongue out). Yes, the second to last one is real. Truly the icon of chaos.

The mark on his hair is natural; he was born with it. We've seen some people think it was dyed on, but it was not. And we think it being natural is way cuter, honestly.
-
Denki doesn't like being alone. This was stated during the license exam in season three and during the rescue training OVA.
-
Denki has the tendency to cry when stressed, which makes us feel really sad for him... The image above is one example, but here are other instances.
-
Denki doesn't do so well with horror. He'd try to act tough at first if he was trying to impress somebody, but he'd crack incredibly easily and yell and shriek at jumpscares. He'd also have a difficult time sleeping afterwards, freaking out at every little sound.
-
We see Denki being pretty into action movies, though he can also enjoy a good romance and comedy from time to time. He's not into the really dark and sad stuff, though.
-
We think Denki also gets a kick out of some animated films, like Disney and such. We think a few of his top favorites would be The Emperor's New Groove, Hercules, and Aladdin. We can also see him enjoying Tangled and Frozen.
-
He's also definitely a vocal watcher. He will shout and yell while hyped, and cry during emotional scenes.
-
There's no doubt that he'd be even more touchy with his partner during movie watching, too. Hand-holding, his arm resting on their shoulders, laying his head against them, etc. are all bound to happen. He may also hog the snacks a little, though not intentionally.
-
We can see Denki being fairly decent at fighting and racing games. There's an official sketch of him playing Smash, and of course, he's playing as Pikachu.
-
Speaking of which, Denki is a Pikachu. It's just fact. We think that the above sketch is proof of Horikoshi acknowledging it, and even his English voice actor sees him as a Pikachu.
-
Denki is a secret nerd. He knows obscure facts and trivia and though he might struggle with studying when it comes to school subjects, if it's something he's interested in, he learns very quickly and is basically a walking encyclopedia about it.

Denki has canonically done this:

-
Denki is an artist.

-
Denki seemingly short-circuits not only from overusing his quirk, but also from being overwhelmed either mentally or physically. Examples include during class in season four and in the baseball OVA (if you consider the latter to be canon).
-
In addition to this, there appears to be different levels to Denki's short-circuited state. There are times where he's still able to speak, and others where he's unable to form coherent sentences.
-
Our favorite outfit of Denki's is his fantasy outfit. He's just so adorable and handsome... We'll never understand the people who say he has no fashion sense. We mean, just look at him.

-
Denki's hero costume has changed a bit over the series. At the start, his jacket was longer, his pants had a line going from the top to the bottom, and he had a white antenna on his ear.
With his current outfit, his jacket is a bit shorter and has some yellow on it, his pants have lightning bolts on them, he has a choker and a belt, and he has a device on his arm that lets him shoot out his pointers. And cute visors...
Both are super cute. Easily our favorite hero costumes, no bias. We like the slightly longer jacket he had originally, but the shorter one is also nice.

Denki has a scar on his forehead from the war arc in season six, though you don't really see it since his hair covers it up. He'd totally brag about it and show it off (cute).
-
Our favorite physical trait of Denki's is his hair mark. It's the cutest thing in the world to us.
Aside from that, we love his eyes. They're so beautiful and bright. We struggle greatly with eye contact, but we'd try our best to look into his eyes whenever we could.
-
Despite his flirtatious nature, we feel like Denki would quite literally short-circuit if his advances were reciprocated. He's probably so used to his attempts not going anywhere that he wouldn't know how to respond when they do.
-
In relation to this, we've seen so many people who have the awful idea in their head that Denki would cheat on his partner (we can't tell you how many fanfictions we've read about him that have this premise). Just because he's a bit of a flirt, that doesn't make him disloyal. Tsuyu says as much in the light novels:

-
Another awful take that used to be really popular in the fandom was that Denki is a traitor and is actually working for the villains. This theory was legitimately everywhere. Talks about a potential traitor in UA were really commonplace, and Denki was by far the most agreed upon candidate. And even with that now being debunked, we'll still see people saying that he should have been the traitor and being disappointed that he wasn't.
But we just. We don't understand how such a theory could become so popular in the first place. Or rather, we guess we do understand, but we just really disagree with it.
Fandoms have the tendency to enjoy taking things that are innocent and lighthearted and turning them into something dark and angsty. And Denki is no exception to this. Even outside of the villain fanfictions, he's unfortunately a very common target for heartbreaking and cruel stories.
But, realistically speaking, Denki wouldn't hurt a fly (unless said fly hurt his friends). He's a total sweetheart. Literally one of the nicest people you could ever meet. And we can't help but to feel personally offended that anyone could believe that he'd ever betray the close connections he's formed in UA. Anyone who legitimately believed in this theory just doesn't understand him at all.
-
Moving on from bad takes, the fandom seems to collectively agree that Denki would give his partner nicknames such as "sparks" and "lightning bug", which we love. He's also definitely the kind of person to call his S/O "babe", which we usually dislike but with Denki we make an exception.
We usually call him "honey" and sometimes "sweetheart", but we've also given him the nickname, "Donk". Yes, it's supposed to sound silly.
-
We've seen a lot of crossover fan art of MHA and Harry Potter, and a lot of people seem to draw Denki being a Hufflepuff. We don't necessarily disagree, since he is very kind and friendly, and the primary colors fit him (yellow and black). However, from what we're aware of with the typical characteristics, we believe he belongs more in Gryffindor.
Though he has a tendency to panic, he's incredibly brave when it comes to those he cares about and would put his safety on the line to protect them. He'd also definitely bend the rules a little to have fun or get up to mischief, which is classic Gryffindor behavior.
-
It goes without saying, but Denki would 100% be an Electric-type Pokemon trainer. Obviously he would have a Pikachu on his team, but we also think he'd have a Yamper and/or Boltund, a Jolteon, and a Manectric. Basically all of the dog-like Pokemon because of his dog energy. Would be the best gym leader, for real.
-
Unfortunately, nothing has been revealed about Denki's life before UA, which upsets us. We really want to know about his childhood and parents...
The most frustrating thing is that, technically, his parents were present in the light novels. In the first one, there was an arc dedicated to Parents' Day, and almost all of class 1-A's parents were shown, but we couldn't see Denki's because, well... it's a novel. Feels like the series is just taunting us, at this point.
-
We have a big pet peeve for people drawing Denki's hair mark on the wrong side of his hair... It happens way more often than you'd think.
