Over time, we have discovered multiple songs that remind us of Denki and/or our relationship with him. Below are some examples.

Electric Love by BØRNS

We know that this is a really obvious choice, but we can't help but to see this as one of our and Denki's songs.

I Won't Say (I'm in Love) by Belinda Carlisle

We also consider this a song of ours and Denki's. We feel a similar connection to the movie version, but something about this version of the song just hits different. We really want to slowly dance to this with him.

Maps by Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Another song that we correlate with our relationship, though for more somber reasons. We have a large fear of losing him, and the lyrics and atmosphere capture that accurately.

Another song by Yeah Yeah Yeahs that reminds us of how we view Denki. Not all of the lyrics fit, but some do.

Flow sweetly, hang heavy
You suddenly complete me
You suddenly complete me

Hysteric by Yeah Yeah Yeahs

June by Tigers Jaw

Whenever we hear this song, we just envision an alternate universe where we were born in Denki's world instead of this one. Various scenes of us meeting him in UA High and how he's helped us get through difficult periods in our life play while listening to this. We've always felt like this song has both a melancholic and hopeful feel to it.

The atmosphere and some of the lyrics of this song remind us of ourselves and Denki. We know Denki worries about us and wants us to be okay, and we tend to keep certain things to ourselves out of fear of burdening him. But we know he wants us to be open to him.

 Someday you'll be fine
(Yes, I'll be just fine)
Tell me that you're alright
"Yeah, everything is alright"
Oh, please tell me that you're alright
"Yeah, everything is alright"

Give me a reason
To end this discussion
To break with tradition
To fold and divide
So let's not get carried
Away with the process
Of elimination
I don't want to waste your time

Simplify by Young the Giant

Staring in your eyes, everything simplifies
Leave it all behind, everything simplifies
All we need is nothing more when everything simplifies
You and I need nothing more, everything simplifies

Why must we complicate
Every breath we take?
Why can't you see we'll be alright?

Nothing disappears
Even the pain we've been through
But all I need is here
Don't wanna live without you

Sunlight by Bag Raiders

The lyrics perfectly encapsulate how we see Denki.

Don't you know that...
When I see, your face
It's like sunlight dripping

When I see, your face
It's like sunlight dripping

You're just like (You're just like)
You're just like
Sunlight

Practically every lyric of this song matches how we feel about Denki.

I turn the light on
And see your pretty face
I turn the light off
Wishing that I could free space
I turn away
And know you're never far away from me
So I stay for another day
If there's a way
I'm coming right back to you
No matter what day
I'm coming right back to you

I learned to run on
So I can keep the pace
But never a moment goes by
I wouldn't trade for your embrace
Skies of gray
I know you're never far away from me
And I stay for another day

Won't you stay with me
Won't you stay with me

Right Back to You by Electric Youth

Electric Feel by MGMT

This is Denki's theme to us. And not just because of the title of the song. The overall vibe of it just really fits him, we think.

My Own Worst Enemy by Lit

Another song we consider to be a theme of Denki's. Not all of the lyrics fit him perfectly, but the sound and atmosphere definitely do.

Full Gauntlet 30% from the My Hero Academia OST

Not a song, but this soundtrack holds deep sentimental value to us. It plays during Denki's biggest scene in the first film, and again in season five when he and the rest of his team win their fight. Though he doesn't have an official theme, we see this as his. We've admittedly gotten a little emotional while listening to it.

And here are miscellaneous songs that we think Denki would like (he likes a lot of pop and rock, with a bit of emo mixed in).
