This list doesn't include legitimately every single outfit he is shown wearing, but we think it's exhaustive enough as is.
The various black outfits he has. The shirt with the lightning bolt is so cute...
The one that has the "THUNDER BOLT" text on it must be a favorite of his; he's shown wearing it often.

White (or white and black) outfits. The first one's pants have a lightning bolt symbol on the sides (cute). And we like his little slippers in the third...
Not sure why he has so many belts in the last one, but he looks cool.

His many blue outfits... They may not all look blue, but we checked and they are all considered a shade of it.
We're assuming blue is a favorite color of his, with how often he wears it...

He doesn't wear green too often... You could maybe consider the last one yellow? We don't know. It seems like a mixture.

Interestingly, unless we're mistaken, Denki has never really been shown wearing yellow in the anime. He only has yellow outfits in promo images.
Outside of his school uniform, we think this is the only time he's shown wearing grey.

We love Halloween Denki so much... The tail, the little wings, the horns... We'd actually die if we saw him wagging his tail.

This is from the Smash Tap game. We think it looks neat, and it's not an outfit we'd expect to see on him.

And lastly, we want to give a shoutout to this super silly and cute outfit of his from the baseball OVA. He should have kept it for the whole episode, not just the beginning...
We love all of his outfits... We think our favorite overall is his fantasy one, but it's too hard to choose a second favorite... Aside from his hero outfit, of course. It's perfect.
